Revive Clinic is now offering direct primary care (DPC). This new healthcare model will allow patients to pay a flat, monthly fee or annual fee directly to their primary care physician or clinic, bypassing insurance companies. In return, patients receive comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
DPC aims to provide more personalized, accessible, and affordable care by eliminating the complexities and overhead associated with traditional insurance-based healthcare.
This model fosters stronger doctor-patient relationships and allows physicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks, offering longer appointment times and easier access to healthcare services.

Insurance?
Our laboratory can bill your insurance if they cover any of your labs. Our at-cost lab rates tend to be less than what you pay for out of pocket with your insurance. As well you can use your insurance for medication sent to a local pharmacy.
