Virtual Skincare Consult Instructions

 Virtual consultation requests will be submitted via email. Any email received that does not include everything below will not receive a custom regimen. Everything below is very important in helping us assess your skin and knowing exactly what products will be beneficial to you and your specific skin concerns. We tailor each regimen based on each individual, no cookie cutter plans. 

A minimum order of $385-$420 is required - if you are unable to commit to that at this time, please wait to send your email. A normal product regimen can range anywhere from $385-$1800 depending on your specific needs. This covers the time we spend curating the regimen for you. After we discuss your plan and decide on the right products for you, you will receive another invoice for the remainder due to pay for your products. One payment is received, your order will be shipped.

Additionally, ZO Skin Health products are not meant to be used with other skincare lines. For this reason, we will not give recommendations on mixing other product lines with ZO. If you are not ready to fully commit to ZO, please wait to submit your email until that time.

Consults will open on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. Please submit your email ON MONDAY. Emails received after midnight on Monday night will not be worked. If you miss the cutoff, just send your email on the next opening day.

A virtual appointment will be made for you on either the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of the month depending on which consult day you submitted for. For example, emails received on the 1st Monday of the month will have their virtual appointment on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Emails received on the 3rd Monday of the month will have their virtual appointment on the 4th Wednesday of the month. At your virtual appointment we will review the regimen created for you, tell you exactly how to use each product, what order to apply them in, and answer any questions you may have. At this time we can also narrow down to a smaller product regimen as long as the products you choose still meet the $500 minimum requirement. After finalizing your regimen, we will package your products with a printed product regimen with instructions for use, and ship straight to you. You will also receive an email with a copy of your product regimen so you will have a digital copy as well.

You will have access to our patient text line for questions or concerns. This is also where you will send your check-in photos. We will send you an email with how to access the patient text line and your follow-up/check-in schedule.

You will receive free shipping on your first order. For replenishment orders, you will get free shipping on orders over $300 and we will charge a $10 shipping fee on orders under $300.
